Dr. Howard spends a lot of time with his patients,you never feel rushed when he is examining you or explaining anything to you, he explains everything to you in terms that his patients understand. Dr.Howard is very professional and personable. You can just sense and see that you are his main concern. I would never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
